Key Account Manager
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced sales professional,
who will be responsible for selling ServiceNow platform implementations and licenses. Our team specializes in delivering advanced IT solutions for large enterprises (Enterprise Service Management). We are seeking an individual to support our company’s dynamic growth in the Polish and international (CEE) markets.

Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in the IT industry (preferred experience with ServiceNow solutions, SaaS, Service Management/Workflows)
- Experience in selling to large corporate clients
- High-level negotiation and presentation skills
- Independence, initiative, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in English enabling fluent business communication
- Analytical approach to problem-solving with a focus on client goals and needs
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its functionalities will be an additional asset
Responsibilities
- Actively acquiring new B2B clients, with a particular focus on large companies and corporations (CEE)
- Selling ServiceNow platform licenses and implementations – achieving sales targets
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Preparing and conducting sales presentations and commercial negotiations
- Strategic and operational collaboration with the Management Board and ServiceNow representatives
- Collaboration with the technical department to ensure full client support during implementations
- Market monitoring and competitor analysis, identifying new sales opportunities
- Representing the company in market interactions (conferences, events, training sessions)
- Forecasting and reporting on sales activities
